I met Rich in 1996 when I broke into the NHL with the Calgary Flames. That began a nearly two decades long relationship of training and education. Over the years, he helped me gain a greater understanding of fitness, health and nutrition. As an adolescent, I just wanted to get bigger and stronger, but Rich helped me to be more explosive, agile, and flexible.... a better athlete. Also, as an athlete, we tend toward thinking more is always better. Rich helped me to understand the need to listen to my body, when to push it, when to back off, and the important role of nutrition and sleep. Rich has a passion for sports and has spent a lifetime honing his skills as an athlete and coach. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants take better care of their body and compete at a higher level.

Before Rich, I didn't really have a personal trainer and wasn't working out full time. Also didn't know what I'm supposed to do and I didn't enjoy working out by myself.
Rich helped me with getting to know more about my body and also is training me to get stronger so we can prevent injuries. The part I enjoy about training with Rich is that our training is always fun and unique. It's not like any other 1 on 1 training. There are games that we play just to warm up so I don't have to get on the bike or treadmill. There are also a lot of other substitute exercises that he has to help me if I have any trouble with an exercise. The best part is that I always look forward to my next session with him.
I recommend Rich; absolutely yes!! Our training is never the same and it is always fun! He pushes me hard whenever he has to so we get to see the results.
